In this thread, one shall find the current guidelines and restrictions for creating a Transfigured Human character. This list is not permanent, and can and will be updated with additional rules as the Admins feel fit.
Basic Guidelines
Transfigured Humans are formed in two possible ways. The first is exposure to the energies of the Heavenly Barrier that envelops Chorazin. The second is exposure to the energies of the Hellmouth, in the city center.
These divine and unholy energies were never meant for unglorified flesh. This has the unfortunate (or fortuitous) effect of causing Humans that come into prolonged contact with these forces to be transformed.
This transformation is determined by several factors. The first is the type of energy that the human is being subjected to, the second is the humans personality, and the third is the amount of energy that they are subjected to.
These transformations can be extreme, causing intense pain, and horrific disfigurement. They can however be trivial and possibly go unnoticed. The forms that these people finally inhabit is limited only by your imagination, but your choice should be informed by the three things mentioned above. The Type, The Personality, and The Severity of the exposure
The degree to which a person is transformed is very important, because at the last stages of the transfiguration the person starts to develop certain abilities that allow them to see, and even injure Angelic beings.
Characters that can see, injure, or kill Angelic beings will have to be incredibly powerful, and so they will be closely watched. In order to play such a character you will have to prove that you can. This will be decided by Character profiles, RP samples, and involvement in the forum.
