NEPHILIM GUIDELINES:
The Nephilim are the children of Humans and the Fallen. They range in height from 9'-15'. They are cursed of God to constantly hunger and thirst, but never eat or drink. They are prone to uncontrollable rages that leaves them unable to distinguish friend from foe. The Nephilim population of Chorazin has dealt with this issue by building safe houses with 'rage-rooms', reinforced and sound dampened rooms in which they can lock those who are about to succumb to these fits of rage.
Incredibly powerful, the Nephilim are physically superior to humans in nearly every way. They are strong, fast, and can detect angels and demons in all of their forms. While more than a match for any human, the Nephilim are on uneven footing with the Angels. Depending on the strength and Purpose of the Angel, it could be easily defeated by a large Nephilim, but the odds are just as good that the Nephilim will be trounced.
The Nephilim of Chorazin are secretive, knowing that if they are discovered, they will be destroyed or used as pawns in the Eternal struggle. They have a Matriarchal society, focusing heavily on the mothers, revering them above all other creatures in creation. Female Nephilim are highly sought after in their circles, as they hope to one day find a way to manage the curses placed upon them, and start their own society in the midst of Chorazin.
PIT WURM GUIDELINES:
It is a common misconception that Lucifer and the Fallen will be rulers of Hell, when in all actuality Hell was initially created for the sole purpose of punishing those amongst the Host who had rebelled. Not wanting to subject any of the faithful members of the Host to such a duty, God created a new creature. Daemons of The Pit, not to be confused with the more commonly known 'demons' that make up the ranks of the Fallen, are specifically built to inhabit and thrive in the torturous conditions that are Hell.
Pit Wurms can freely enter and leave the pits of Hell, suffering no ill effects. The Retrieval Wurms can actually tear open reality and slide from Hell directly to any location that requires their services. The remaining two subspecies of Wurms have been stuck in hell since their creation. Only now that the Hellmouth has opened, creating a safe path, have they begun to venture out into the mortal realms. All Wurms are borderline indestructible. Their entire purpose is the capture imprisonment and torture of the Fallen. This means that it would take over a dozen Angels or a pair of Archangels to kill the largest Wurms.
The three subspecies of Wurms are as follows:
Breeder: Large and built for birthing new Pit Wurms for the days following the Judgement, these females of the species usually resemble saurian/insect hybrid hive queens. They can spend millennia hibernating only waking to breed and raise new hellspawn when the need arises. Either of the two male subsets of Wurms can breed with the females to produce offspring. Under extreme circumstances they have been known to mobilize and leave the confines of the birthing chambers for the physical realms. *non-playable*
Retriever: The largest of the two male varieties of Pit Wurms, the retrieval Wurms sole purpose is to seek out and drag the Fallen members of the Host to Hell for the eternal punishment, as decreed by God. The only thing in creation that can kill an Archangel at full power in its perfect form, outside of the Holy Trinity. They have large leathery wings protruding from their humanoid upper bodies, with the bodies of serpents from below the waist. The average size of an adult Retriever Wurm is 20' long. *non-playable*
Torturer: Entirely humanoid, this Hellspawn was never meant to leave the pits. Their entire purpose is to punish and torture the Fallen, for eternity. Their appearances vary wildly, with the only common feature among them being that their entire body is built to inflict pain. The average size of this class is around 10' tall, however they can range in height from 3'-15'. While still incredibly resistant to damage of all kinds, they are less durable than their larger brothers. The Torture Wurm can be killed far more easily. This has never been a problem in the past, as their prisoners have always been incapacitated and/or restrained, but now among the larger world of angels, demons, and transfigured, they are learning that they must be far more cautious.
