This is the sites Canon Character List. Below you will find details on several pre-made characters. Some were abandoned by their creators, and others were created specifically for this list. All are high quality, useful characters that can be easily integrated into the sites ongoing content.
ANGELS:
Name: Colopatiron Angel of Liberation
Appearance: All forms Open
Personality: Created to liberate people, body and soul, from the oppression and manipulation of Lucifer, he is a free spirit incarnate. He is happiest when he is unrestricted, and is free to help as he sees fit. He will fly into a righteous fury in the face of slavery, oppression, or the mental hobbling of a people. He naturally feels trapped in the barrier, and on any given day is slightly morose, as this posting seemingly conflicts with his own personal desires, and function.
History: He was created to inspire Humans to rely upon their intuition, and resist the wiles of the Devil. He guides humans through struggles of freedom of all kinds: spiritual, physical, and psychological. Once posted in the Garden of Eden, he was tasked with making Adam and Eve follow reason and obey the commands of the Lord. Lucifer undermined him, and tricked Eve into partaking of the fruit of the tree, causing him no small amount of strife. He has spent the majority of his time on earth trying to atone for his one major mistake, and is constantly trying to come up with ways to undermine the works of Lucifer.
Name: Raziel The Angel of Mysteries
Appearance: His standard human form and his pure form are open. He has been vaguely described in his perfect form as having 6 wings, and the ability to generate light that varies in brightness and color, depending on his emotional state.
Personality: By nature a secretive and observant creature, Raziel is prone to being quiet and motionless to the point of people forgetting that he is even in the room. He is incredibly patient, and calm under even the most dire circumstances. His one “flaw” would be compassion to those less fortunate than himself. He does have a bit of a rash streak that emerges when his purpose is thwarted, or his plans subverted. He tends to find ways to justify his actions so that he can continue on in his task, long after his actual purpose is fulfilled.
History: Raziel started his existence beside the Throne of Glory in the Silver City. His task was simple. Take down all of the secrets of the Lord in his book. He recorded conversations, and musings for countless centuries, before the creation of the garden and the first humans. When Lucifer fell, and deceived Eve into disobeying God, causing both her and Adam to be cast out of the Garden, he looked down, and felt pity for them. He took them his book, and let them use its secret knowledge to survive in the world outside the Garden paradise. The other angels realized what he had done, and took the book from the cursed humans, sinking it deep in the ocean. God however decided that the humans needed all the help that they could get, and retrieved it for them. The descendants of Adam kept possession of the book for millennia, before it became lost. Raziel has been searching for it for it for the last few centuries, refusing the help of God, since it was his misconduct that led to its loss in the first place. He was not supposed to be in Chorazin at the time of the Arrangement, but has since been seen in the city, and is therefore considered by both sides, to have gone rogue. It is believed that he has narrowed down the books location to somewhere in the city.
Notes:[/b] Raziel is a fairly important figure in the sites main plot. Therefore a moderate to advanced player will be required to play him effectively. He will be required to interact with angels on both sides of the arrangement in several different threads, to keep the main plot flowing correctly.
He has been described as having the ability (in his perfect form) to look deep into humans and see their secrets. This ability works less effectively on Angels and Demons, but can still be used to a small degree.
DEMONS:
Name: Saluriel, Guardian of the Coldbloods
Appearance: At least one of his forms must be serpentine in some way, the rest is open.
Personality: Saluriel is a cruel, cold, deceitful member of the Fallen. One of the multitude of Angels to fall with Lucifer's host. The master of serpents is, despite his vast intellect and experience, generally a little slow on the uptake. It always takes him a period of time to understand what is going on around him, as he prefers to spend his time lazy and sluggish. When pressed, however, he can leap into action with the speed of a striking adder. Saluriel shares an empathic connection with any snakes that happen to be nearby, and will become positively enraged whenever one dies.
History: Saluriel was created to monitor and protect the serpents and other cold blooded creatures of the Garden of Eden. When Lucifer used a Serpent to tempt Eve, and brought down a curse upon all serpents, Saluriel went mad. He felt the anguish of all of his charges, now doomed to a legless slithering existence, and his mind snapped. Blaming both God and Lucifer for his madness, he is loyal to neither side. In the grand scheme of things, Saluriel is more likely to fall in with the minions of Lucifer, as it wasn’t Lucifer that actually cursed his precious charges.
Name: Merihem, Angel of Pestilence
Appearance: Open
Personality: Slow to act, but once he does anything he does it with ruthless efficiency, and reckless abandon. He takes pride in his job, but doesn't feel like he needs to get bogged down in the details. He is easily distracted when not doing something related to his task, since he thinks most things not related, are relatively unimportant. He spends most of his free time amusing himself at the expense of humans. He is also very clean, and to an outsider his actions border on being germaphobic.
History: Awakened after Adam and Eve were banished from the garden to be the hand of the lord in the punishment of humans through disease, he became overly fascinated with the power that he held, and after several thousand years and much convincing from lucifer, he instigated the black plague. God grew angry with this uncalled for intervention in human affairs, and when Merihem was unrepentant, he banished him from the Silver City and numbered him among The Fallen. He has been creating diseases and experimenting on humans ever since. Unit 731 in Japan was one of his "projects", as was the creation of aids. He has spent his time in the barrier working on a new sickness to cripple the now mostly healthy citizens. He has been nearing a breakthrough and is close to unleashing a new plague on humanity.
HUMANS:
Name: Dr. Loker Krael
Affiliation: Unaffiliated
Appearance: Open (When choosing a play by keep in mind that he is slightly older.)
Personality: A tenacious and irascible man, he is a brilliant medical doctor, with an interest in biology. He is insanely curious, and is not limited by the same moral code that most men follow. He is dedicated, and will not stop in a task until he is satisfied with the outcome. He is mildly (read: incredibly) insane. He can function in the presence of other people, but doesn’t quite understand how they work on a social level. He is prone to wild rambling speeches explaining things that people don’t understand even after the explanation is finished.
History: Born in Chorazin, he spent his early life going to school and working like most people. He studied medicine at Dinmor Ussol University, and eventually found himself operating his own practice. Over the course of several years following the arrival of the barrier, his colleagues noticed radical changes in his behavior, and with much urging he underwent testing. He discovered that he had a mildly malignant inoperable tumor pressing on his brain. The growth rate was slow, but it would eventually drive him mad, and then kill him. He quickly began a feverish quest of documenting the mutations that resulting from exposure to the barrier and the hellmouth and their beneficial uses, hoping to find one in the constantly growing list that could aid him in his plight.
Name: Ezra Salazar
Appearance: open (play by should be middle aged or older)
Personality: A religious scholar with a long family history of linguistic studies, he is quiet, and under normal circumstances, unflappable. However since the theft of his incomplete copy of the book of Raziel, he has become far more volatile, and has begun to discover exactly how far he will go to get back what belongs to him.
History: The last in a long line of monks that watched over the partially translated book of Raziel. Until recently, he was content to search for the original, in the hope that he could add more to his incomplete copy, and fulfill his families legacy. This changed when Sammael invaded his home, killed his security detail, and stole the book from his collection. Since the theft he has been using his nearly unlimited fortune to make deals with mercenaries, and information brokers, to find and kill Sammael, and return the book to its rightful place in his collection. He is aware that Sammael is an angel, but has no idea who he actually is, or what kind of hornets near he is about to stir up with his declaration of war.
MECHS:
Name: Your Choice
Type: XM-762 "Wraith"
Affiliation: Citadel Security (Neutral or Good)
Appearance: The "Wraith" stands at about ten feet tall. The framework of the mech is hidden beneath a layer of grey armor plating. Its form is unmistakably humanoid. The mech's right arm usually ends in a mechanical hand, with four claw like fingers, allowing it to grasp items with ease. Its left arm is usually home to its weapon mountings. However, both arms are detachable, and several other options exist for the mech.
The usual armament of the XM-762 is an arm mounted mini-gun and flamethrower, shoulder mounted tear gas launchers, and heavy ceramite/plasteel plating. It also contains a low powered shield generator, rendering laser-based weapons essentially useless against it.

Personality:[/b] The personality can be anything, however, the XM-762 should be loyal to Citadel, and should have male gender programming.
History: The XM-762 was created two years before the arrangement began, making it twenty years old. Despite its age, it is one of the most advanced mechs in the city. Created by Xanatos Mechanical, the XM-762 was originally created by custom order for a security corporation looking for superior riot control capabilities. For a year, the mech went through testing to ensure maximum efficiency, in order to decide whether or not it would be mass produced. However, before they could begin production on an entire series, Xanatos Mechanical went bankrupt, and was forced to shut down. The XM-762 was given to the client corporation, where it worked for a year before the corporation was absorbed into the brand new Citadel Security Corporation
